I was referred to this shoe repair shop by a friend for my worn-out sneakers, and I’m glad I went! The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and provided great customer service. They were able to fix my shoes, adding new soles and cleaning them up beautifully. My only complaint is that the shop can be a bit hard to find if you’re not from the area; a clearer sign would help. However, it was definitely worth the trip, and my shoes feel like new again!

I recently visited for some shoe repairs and was pleasantly surprised by the level of service I received. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff was eager to help. They repaired a pair of old dress shoes that I thought were beyond saving, and I was amazed by how well they turned out—almost as good as new! My only critique is that they seemed a bit busy, so I had to wait longer than I anticipated to get my shoes back. Still, I highly recommend this place for anyone needing shoe repairs!

Absolutely loved my experience here! I had a pair of leather shoes that were scuffed up and needed some TLC. The team not only repaired them but made them look brand new! The attention to detail was impressive, and the prices were fair. Plus, I appreciated how they kept me updated on the progress. My only suggestion would be to have more seating in the waiting area since it can get a bit crowded. Overall, a fantastic place!

I took my favorite pair of boots in for a heel replacement, and I couldn't be happier with the results! The craftsmanship was top-notch, and they were ready sooner than I expected. The staff was friendly and really took the time to explain what they were doing. It's great to see such dedication to quality service. The only downside was a slight delay in getting through on the phone to ask questions, but it was worth the wait!
